Returns & Refund Policy
At Herd of Sporrans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging
- You must have your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@herdofsporrans.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at info@herdofsporrans.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a different value, we will arrange for the difference to be charged or refunded accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalised items (such as engraved sporrans or bespoke accessories)
- Items that have been worn, altered or damaged by the customer
- Sale items (unless faulty)
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.
If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@herdofsporrans.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
